Policies and Procedures

The Centre policies listed below are not exhaustive by any means. A full copy of all policies is available in hard copy in the Centre, and in the parent handbook upon enrolment.

We ask that all families interested in joining us at Eastwood Early Education phone to make an appointment time to view the Centre. The purpose of this is to ensure that the Director or Assistant Director is available to provide a personalised tour of the Centre, and that class teachers will be able to include the family in that day's program.

Upon completion of the tour, families will be provided with application forms. An application for enrolment fee of $40 must be paid on submission of this form. Should a position be immediately available, the enrolment process will be completed and the child's position confirmed. This position is secured with two weeks fees paid in advance. Fees must be kept two weeks in advance at all times.

Please refer to the Policy on Orientation of a New Child for further information on the enrolment process.

Should a position not currently be available, your application will be placed on the waiting list and you will be contacted as soon as we can welcome your family to our Centre.
